Welcome to Onicrest Transport Ltd. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our transport and logistics services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Onicrest Transport Ltd provides logistics and transportation services including but not limited to:
- Road freight transport
- Express delivery services
- Same-day delivery (within 60 minutes for qualifying locations)
- Multi-drop deliveries
- Scheduled transport services
- Package tracking and management
3. Booking and Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry and may be subject to change if the actual requirements differ.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless credit terms have been agreed
- All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or approved business accounts
- Late payments may incur additional charges as per our credit policy
5. Liability and Insurance
Onicrest Transport Ltd maintains comprehensive goods in transit insurance. Our liability is limited to:
- £10,000 per consignment for standard deliveries
- Higher value items must be declared and may require additional insurance
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from transport:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved)
- Live animals (except with special arrangement)
- Perishable goods (unless temperature-controlled transport is arranged)
- Firearms and explosives
- Items that violate UK law
7. Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimated based on normal conditions. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments:
- 60-minute service is available for selected postcodes within major cities
- Same-day delivery cutoff time is 2 PM
- Signature may be required for high-value items
- Alternative delivery addresses can be arranged with prior notice
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% of quoted price
- No-show or cancellation after driver arrival: 100% of quoted price
9. Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage resolution through our customer service team before pursuing legal remedies.
11. Amendments
Onicrest Transport Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
